At Lorn Medical centre we value the future of General Practice and to ensure this we are a training practice.

This means we have fully qualified doctors who are completing specialist training in General Practice based in the practice. They are GP specialist trainees.

These doctors are supported and supervised by experienced GPs

As part of training these doctors may record or video consultations. This is always done with prior consent from the patient and the recordings are kept confidential viewed only by a GP trainer or GP examiner . If the doctor would like to record your consultation consent will be obtained before hand .You can withdraw this consent at anytime including during and after the recording.

We also have medical students from Aberdeen University with us twice a year.
