Suggestions and Complaints

Suggestions

We appreciate feedback about the service we provide.  If we know what we do well, or what we don't do so well, we can use this information to change how we work.  So please do not hesitate to let us know how we can improve your experience.

Complaints

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If you have a problem or complaint, please discuss this with the doctor or the Practice Manager.

Further written information is available on the Complaint Procedure Leaflet from Reception.

We are continually striving to improve our service. If you have any suggestions, please speak to the Practice Manager or we have a suggestion box located in Reception.  We carry out an annual Patient Satisfaction Survey and use the results to focus our attention on common issues that arise from our analysis of the survey.
